Front Office
The Registration module is an integrated patient management system, which captures complete and relevant patient information. The system automates the patient administration functions to have better and efficient patient care process. It provides for enquiries about the patient, the patient's location, admission, and appointment scheduling and discharge details. Furthermore, this system even takes care of package deals for a patient for a fixed cost. Medical Record keeps an abstract of clinical data about patients. It allows easy retrieval of medical records on patients.

Labrotory?
The Laboratory module automates the investigation request and the process involved in delivering the results to the concerned department/doctor of the hospital. The Laboratory module supports to perform various tests under the following disciplines: Biochemistry, Cytology, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology, Neurology and Radiology. The results of the test are made available to concerned doctors. Test report can be made confidential. Tests can be performed only after the billing is done. This rule is exempted when the case is declared as Urgent. In addition, this module facilitates investigations for referral patients.

Radiology?
Radiology module caters to services such as X-ray, Scanning, Ultra sound etc. Scheduling of Radiology resources is possible. The system stores all the result details of various tests and makes a Report based on the Test Results. These Tests are carried out for Outpatient. The system stores all the details (like patient number, Test Report like X-Ray, Scanning details) and for each scan the system generates a unique number for the image. Investigations can be done only after the billing is done. This rule is exempted when the case is declared as Urgent.
Pharmacy?
Pharmacy module deals with the automation of general workflow and administration management process of a pharmacy. The pharmacy module is equipped with bar coding facility, which makes the delivery of medical items to the patient more efficient.

Consultation?
Each day of the week has been divided into 3 time blocks as mentioned:
8:00 am - 12:00 pm
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Each of these blocks is further divided into 12 sub-blocks of 20 minutes each. These time blocks for 22 Consulting Clinics are allotted to different consultants. The allocation of the time block is made at the time of reservation.
The above mentioned time for consultant allocation only for an example, these are parameterized.
So, during the meeting with consultant, patient is provided to meet a good doctor. Consultant keeps the notes about symptom, disease etc of the patient. Consultant will be looking for a doctor, checking the doctor schedule.
Appointments
The Appointment function provides functionality to provide an appointment to the Consultants for Outpatient visits and day cases. In the Outpatient appointments, the appointment for the patient is fixed with the Consultant.
Appointments cancellation
Appointment Cancellation shall be used to cancel an appointment, which has already been made and as well as reason of cancellation should be entered. Reasons may relate to the patient, the consultant or the administration. No history is being maintained in case of cancellation of appointments.
Inventory?
Inventory module deals with Purchase of Items, Issue of Items, Maintenance of Stock, Reorder level Setting, Maintenance of stock at different sub-stores, Physical stock verification and adjustment, Return of items to supplier etc. The Inventory module in hope eliminates manual data entry, paper files, and forms by automating records and other documents that determine how and where medical inventory is received, stored, and used. This creates better control of medical inventory and the policies and procedures that are related to managing your inventory levels.
